Privacy Policy
At Jexorant S.A. (Tax ID 30-71845392-7), with registered office at Av. del Libertador 6250, Floor 12, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, we value your privacy. This Policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data in compliance with Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and other applicable regulations.
1. Data controller
The controller of your data is Jexorant S.A., registered in the National Registry of Databases of the Agency for Access to Public Information under file N° 1-185349.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide (first name, last name, email, phone, Tax ID, address, bank account and identity documents when applicable) and technical browsing data (IP address, device identifier, pages visited, date and time) collected through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (a) manage your newsletter subscription; (b) provide you with information about investment opportunities; (c) comply with legal and regulatory obligations before the CNV, UIF and AFIP; (d) perform statistical analysis; (e) prevent fraud and money laundering.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent (Article 5 of Law 25,326), on the execution of contractual relations and on compliance with legal obligations applicable to entities required to report to the UIF (Resolution 21/2018).
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to meet the stated purposes and, at a minimum, for ten (10) years counted from the end of the relationship, in accordance with the obligations imposed by Law 25,246 and UIF regulations.
6. Recipients and transfers
Your data may be shared with: TMF Argentina S.A. (trustee), Grant Thornton Argentina (auditor), AFIP, CNV, UIF, and cloud service providers located in the European Union (Frankfurt and Madrid), countries declared to have an adequate level of protection by the Agency for Access to Public Information.
7. Rights of the data subject
You can exercise your rights to access, rectify, update and delete your data (Articles 14 and 16 of Law 25,326) at any time by writing to privacy@jexorant.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the Control Body, has the authority to handle complaints and claims.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures: TLS 1.3 encryption, AES-256 encrypted storage, multi-factor authentication for authorised personnel and semi-annual security audits performed by BTR Consulting.
9. Minors
The site is intended exclusively for people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version will be published on this page with the last-updated date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
